This site displays software, written by me, Oleg Alferov, in period from 1999 to present. I give the preference here to projects that display some non-obvious idea, even though the significance of the program itself is low. Most of programs here are written using MFC library (I missed bare Windows API and 'am proud of it!)

You may need MFC libraries to run my software. If you have Windows 98 or older, or have Microsoft Office installed on your computer, you probably already have it. If you don't, follow Links section to locate them on the Internet.

Unless specificaly noted, all the programs are written for Windows 95 and are compatible with all 98, Me, 2000 and XP families. Unless specificaly noted, all software comes under GNU GPL license.

Programs from this archive are supported to the extent of my interest of self-education. In other words, if you find a major error that limits functionality or have an idea of significant improvement, sending me a message doesn't hurt. In the same time, I reserve the right to refuse anything, to anybody, for any reason and without explanations. You have the source codes, anyway...

If you want to modify the software, please feel free to download it and to do with it whatever you want, provided you notified me (unless otherwise is explicitly stated).
